Signing up for Label By VM Imitation implies you accept these terms and conditions.Before signing up, please read them carefully.Label By VM Imitation and affiliate users have entered into a legal agreement through these Terms.We reserve the right to update and change the Terms at any time without notice.These Terms will apply to any amendments, modifications, enhancements, or changes we make to the Program, including the release of new features and resources.In the event that such changes are made, your continued use of the Program shall constitute your consent to such changes.Violations of these Terms may lead to suspension or termination of your affiliate rights.Furthermore, you will forfeit any affiliate referral fee payments you earned during the violation.

Account Registration & Terms

In order to sign up for an Affiliate account, you must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested.To participate in this program, you must be at least 18 years old.An account can be used by one legal entity (e.g. a company or a partnership) or by an individual.You are not permitted to share your user name and password with anyone else or with multiple users on a network.You are responsible for ensuring the security of any user names and passwords issued (including those of any Invitees).The Program may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.It is your responsibility to make sure that the use of the Program does not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

Referral Links & Promotion

After you sign up for the Program, you will receive a URL link that must be used to identify you when linking from your website, email, or other communications to the DAP website.You are responsible for making sure each link is properly formatted.Additionally, we may provide graphical images that can be used within links to promote the DAP Project.It is prohibited to modify these images in any way.Images may be changed at any time without notice.You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site.You may not use our name or graphics in bulk email without our written consent.If any meaningful spam complaints naming us or our services result from your marketing activities, we may terminate the Agreement.You may not issue any press releases relating to this Agreement or your participation in the Program; such action may result in your termination.Further, you may not misrepresent or embellish the relationship between us and you, state that you are part of DAP, or express or imply any relationship between us and you or any other person or entity, except as expressly permitted herein.Those old affiliate links can be terminated if they are over 30 days old.If an affiliate account has been inactive for 30 or 45 days, money earned may be terminated and the user's account may be suspended.If commissions are earned by fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive marketing or sales methods, they may be disqualified.Based on actual orders paid, we reserve the right to check and change commissions.The verification of every payment will be based on real transactions.

Customer Definition

A customer who purchases a service through this program will be considered a customer of Label By VM Imitation and subject to all of our rules, policies, and operating procedures regarding pricing, customer orders, customer service, and service sales.Our operating procedures and policies may change at any time. Label By VM Imitation is not responsible for any representations made by Affiliates that contradict our rules, policies, or operating procedures.

Trademarks and copyrights

It is solely your responsibility to ensure that all applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws are respected in your reviews, product descriptions, and articles (if applicable on your site).Label By VM Imitation is not responsible if you violate another party's copyright or trademark.

Termination

In its sole discretion, Label By VM Imitation may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program. As a result of such termination, your Affiliate Account will be deactivated or deleted, and any potential or accrued commissions in your Account will be forfeited and relinquished if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.Label By VM Imitation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.In the event that this Agreement is terminated for any reason, you will immediately cease to use and remove from your site all links to Label By VM Imitation's website and all our images and other materials.

Relationship between parties

We are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between us.You are not authorized to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.This Agreement prohibits you from making any statement, whether on your site or elsewhere, that reasonably would contradict it.

Entire agreement

We agree that these Terms, as well as any documents expressly referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to the use of the Program and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us.Each of us acknowledges that, in entering into these Terms, neither of us relied on any representation, undertaking, or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written prior to entering into these Terms, except as expressly stated herein.Prior to the date we entered into these Terms, neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other (unless it was made fraudulently), and the other party's only remedy is breach of contract, as described in these Terms.
